Bloom offers a flat shipping rate. Prices are in Australian Dollars. Please note that items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Orders within Australia are sent via Regular Australia Post*. Please allow 3-6 working days for delivery.
*Exemption - nail polish products are classified as a dangerous good. Therefore all nail polish deliveries will be sent via boxed Standard Post.
Shipping for Australian orders over $75: FREE
Shipping for Australian orders under $75 = $10
Shipping for New Zealand orders over $100: FREE
Shipping for New Zealand orders under $100 = $20
Shipping for orders outside of Australia and NZ over $120: FREE
Shipping for international orders under $120 = $25
International orders are sent via International Registered Post, which requires a signature on delivery. Please note any overseas custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the customer's responsibility. Please allow 5-15 working days for delivery.
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless proven faulty.
To return a faulty product please download the Bloom Product Returns Form and complete all sections.
Repack the item in its original packaging and return with the completed Bloom Product Returns Form and all original proof of purchase documentation to Bloom Cosmetics, 15-21 Cotter St, Richmond, Victoria 3121.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
We will notify you by email once your refund or exchange has been processed. A refund is issued via your original payment method and exchanges are sent no later than 30 days after Bloom receives the item for exchange.
Important Note: For privacy and security reasons, Bloom does not store credit card information – you must include this information on the Bloom Product Returns Form to receive your refund.
