Returns & Exchanges
You may return "new and unused" items to Bloom within 14 days of the purchase date, using the Bloom Product Returns Form. Incorrect or damaged items must also be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
“New and unused" means the item has no scratches, marks, or blemishes; there are no signs of wear or use of the item, the packaging or the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed; and the item has not been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any used or opened items.
Delivery charges are not refunded.
Exchange for a different item is not offered.
Returns are at the cost of the sender.
Bloom is also available in retail stores nationally. This online policy applies only to products purchased directly online from Bloom, and if you purchased your product from a retail store, you will need to return to that store.

We have made every effort to ensure the product colours shown on the Bloom website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, some computer screens may show slight variations.
Product Availability
Occasionally a product may be unavailable, and unfortunately we do not have a backorder system. If you email us we will be happy to contact you via email when it is back in stock”.
To Return A Product to Bloom
The returned item must be accompanied by a Bloom Product Returns Form, proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honoured.
- Download the Bloom Product Returns Form and complete all sections.
- Attach or complete all proof of purchase information to the Form. Repack the item in its original packaging and return to the address listed on the top of the Form.
- Once received by Bloom, your return will be checked and you will be notified by email once your refund or exchange has been processed. A refund is issued via your original payment method (credit card) and exchanges are sent no later than 30 days after Bloom receives the item for exchange.
Important Note: For privacy and security reasons, Bloom does not store credit card information - you must include this information on the Bloom Product Returns Form to receive your refund.
