Our revamped Lip Gloss retains all the features of our original iconic gloss with some new additions. Enriched with Calendula Extract and Evening Primrose Oil, it not only soothes and nourishes your lips but also provides long-lasting hydration with Sodium Hyaluronate.
The gloss features Bloom’s signature scent, with a thoughtfully designed wand that ensures perfect application, ideal for layering over your favourite lip colour or wearing alone for a subtle sheen.

FAQ
1. What does lip gloss do?
At its simplest, lip gloss adds a glossy finish. The better ones do more. Bloom's Lip Gloss is a treatment as much as a finish — it conditions with Calendula Extract and Evening Primrose Oil, holds moisture with Sodium Hyaluronate, and leaves a high-shine, kissable look you can wear alone or layered over lipstick.
2. How do you apply lip gloss?
Sweep a thin coat from the centre of your lips outward, then press your lips together to blend. For a fuller, glossier finish, apply a second coat focused on the centre of the lower lip. Wear alone, layer over Bloom Lipstick for shine, or top with Bloom Lip Plump for extra plump. The Lip Gloss wand was redesigned for the 2024 relaunch — wide enough to coat in one sweep, precise enough to define the lip line.
3. How can I make my lip gloss last longer?
Three things. Start with hydrated lips — Bloom's Lip Balm under your gloss is the easiest fix. Lay down lip liner or lipstick first to anchor colour and shine. And reapply lightly after eating or drinking. Bloom's Lip Gloss contains Triacontanyl PVP, a film-forming ingredient that supports longer wear than standard glosses.
4. Is lip oil the same as lip gloss?
No — they're different categories. Lip oils are typically lighter, more nourishing, and lower-shine. Lip gloss is shinier, more cushion-like, and gives more visible coverage. Bloom's Lip Gloss sits closer to a gloss-treatment hybrid: high-shine like a gloss, with conditioning botanicals (Evening Primrose Oil, Calendula Extract) usually found in oils.
5. Is lip gloss good for your lips?
A good lip gloss can be. Look for hydrating botanicals and humectants — Bloom uses Evening Primrose Oil, Calendula Extract and Sodium Hyaluronate (the salt form of hyaluronic acid, for long-lasting hydration). Avoid glosses with drying alcohols or harsh fragrance. Bloom's Lip Gloss is paraben-free, sulfate-free, mineral-oil-free, and made in Australia from local & imported product.
6. What is Bloom Lip Gloss made of?
The hero ingredients are Evening Primrose Oil (nourishes), Calendula Extract (soothes), Sodium Hyaluronate (long-lasting hydration), and Bloom's signature Vanilla and Mandarin essential oil blend — the scent Bloom regulars recognise the moment the tube is opened. The full INCI is printed on every Bloom Lip Gloss box and listed in the Ingredients tab on this page.
